Pennants

Sally & Leen at Timaru today, TT Nut is ideal for carting the Pennant Team around. We just managed to get ourselves on the score board with 2 points today, pretty sad tale really but we enjoyed the day.

Rainbow

Strange to see this rainbow today when there was no rain anywhere. Ends at the club house but there was no pot of gold there for Sue & I, Wendy & Sally scooped that up!

Mole Check

Went for a mole check the other day and they found something suspicious on my face. So back there today to have a biopsy taken from it & also one on my leg. Fingers crossed that its OK.

Test match

Went down to Temuka to a friends 60th tonight. Had the garage decked out like a corporate box to watch the All Blacks thrash Wales.  A lot of fun and good to catch up with people.  It may not look like it but Russell really did enjoy himself.

Ball

We got the job of taking photos at the Hotel of the set up for the College Ball tonight.  Quite amazing the transformation.  Far cry from the old assembly hall with a few streamers and balloons that I remember. Spot the other photographer.

Travel Team

An impromptu get together to night to talk about our trip.  Sue, Jac, Sal & Anna. Only 11 weeks out before Sal & I leave for Turkey.  Sue & Anna will be meeting us  in Cairo 3 weeks later to experience Egypt, Jordan & Israel with us.  Are we excited?  YES!!!

Visited a friend in Geraldine today and this is the view from her deck.  Magnificent. Only took this with P&S to make the Pan.  Will have to go back with my real camera.

Now theres a good safe vehicle I could have done with on the odd occasion to teach learner drivers.  Get out the way or we just go over the top of you!  Might be a bit of sun but by the look of that sky not for long.

Disqualified!

Fiery Del (No 3) had his first race start today at Ashburton in the pouring rain.  Unfortunately he broke at the start and galloped so was disqualified after finishing a good 4th.
